UHCL Archives and Special Collections expanded to include new staff offices, a new reading room, and a new 1,600 sq. ft. collections storage room. Archives now included over 3,500 sq. ft. of space for staff, researchers, and collections.

Neumann Library launched its first digital repository for digitized publications through the Texas Digital Library’s DSpace repository software.
Fall 2015
Neumann Library partnered with the UHCL School of Education to pilot a new Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) program.
They implemented a new system for the electronic submission of dissertations from doctoral students in the School of Education’s Educational Leadership.

Neumann Library launched its new library catalog system, Alma-Primo, on July 23, 2019.
August 2019
Dr. Vivienne McClendon became the new Executive Library Director.
