If the video you need for your course is not available in a database, you may request the purchase of a streaming version.

  • Access videos from any computer with Internet connection
  • Provide students with 24-hour access to video materials


  • Minimum three weeks notice
  • Online courses are given preference
  • First, check OneSearch for the video title(s)
  • If not found, submit a request

Note: Not all videos are available for streaming. It is possible that the library will not be able to provide some titles.

DVDs for Classroom Viewing

Neumann Library offers a collection of educational DVDs and videocassettes for classroom use, class assignments, or individual checkout.

  • Check OneSearch for available titles.
  • Your liaison librarian will be happy to identify new videos in your program area. Inquire by email or phone. If you need a video for your face-to-face class, your liaison librarian will purchase it for your use if it is available.
  • Need a DVD to your class on a particular date? Notify David Palmer (281-283-3905, You can pick it up at the Circulation Desk on the specified date.
  • Giving your class a video assignment? Place videos on reserve by completing the Course Reserves Request Form.
