Susie is a 17 pound poodle. She was a rescue dog found on Clear Lake City Boulevard in deplorable shape. She was so matted she had to be shaved, recently had puppies and had a bad case of heart worms requiring two treatments. That was a few years ago. Today she is happy and healthy. She requires a lot of exercise and runs about a 1/2 mile every morning beside my golf cart. Susie welcomes everybody to my home with a smile and begs a pat. She visited a neighbor shut-in a few times a week for a couple of years and snuggled on the bed with her. We have visited 4 different nursing homes with Faithful Friends and made a few visits to Devereaux. She loves it when my grandson sits on the floor and rolls around with her.
