Meet Junie B. She's a 5.5 year old terrier mix and weighs 8.5 lbs. She was a rescue dog and came with a best friend, a tiny kitten, who she'd met and befriended at their foster home. They continue to play like litter mates and grew to be the same size! She loves to visit the kids at the Kids Developmental Center in Pasadena every other week to assist with PT, OT, and Speech Therapy with Faithful Friends. Junie B. is a survivor of a coyote attack so she's not fond of large dogs but she's not afraid to chase armadillos or squirrels that are in her yard! As you can see from her picture, Junie enjoys hanging out at the State Capitol in Austin (her dad is a State Rep) and has been in numerous parades where she is always popular.
