Join us for Neumann Library's Study PAWS Spring 2024 event!  Pet Away Worry and Stress during your studies for mid-terms.  This program allows students to interact with registered therapy dogs as a means of reducing the stress and anxiety that mid-terms can induce. Studies have shown that interacting with an unknown dog for just 5 minutes can reliably lower blood pressure and stress related hormones, slow down heart rate, release tension from muscles and regulate breathing.  Students, faculty, and staff who need a study/work break filled with unconditional love are encouraged to stop by the Neumann Library’s main floor February 29th.  The Library is proud to partner with Faithful Friends, a registered therapy dog volunteer group for this program.
